Description
A quick and flavourful prawn dish cooked with garlic, butter, lemon, and herbs. It comes together in minutes and works well served with rice, pasta, or fresh bread.
Ingredients
1 lb large prawns, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
Lemon wedges for serving

Directions
Pat the prawns dry with paper towel and season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the prawns and cook for about 2 minutes per side, until pink and just cooked through.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining butter and garlic.
Cook for about 1 minute, stirring gently so the garlic doesn’t burn.
Add the lemon juice and toss the prawns in the garlic butter sauce.
Remove from the heat and sprinkle with parsley and green onion.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
